1. Follow @artclay_overseas (Art Clay official Instagram for overseas).

2. Post your gift project made with ‘Art Clay Silver’ and your purchased package of Art Clay Products together in the photo., and make sure to post with hashtag #MyArtClayGiftProject2022
   *All projects must use Art Clay Silver as the main material, but can combine with other media.

*This contest is held for all artists in overseas countries outside Japan, and who are 18+ as of the end of the contest period.

*READ BEFORE ENTRY

• Only for those who post a photo with #MyArtClayGiftProject2022, and maintain the post to be viewed in Instagram as open to public setting account during the entry period will be evaluated as an entry. The contest sponsor (“Sponsor”) and administrator (“Administrator”) are not responsible for any technical failures of Instagram account nor contestant's internet connection.
• This contest is held for all artists in overseas countries outside Japan, and who are 18+ as of the end of the contest period.
• We welcome your multiple entries, but make sure to post different photo with different creation each time. Please do not repeat posting same photo.
• Any entry with infringement of intellectual property right of other artist or any third parties work will be disqualified for evaluation.
• The Sponsor and Administrator are not responsible for any trouble or lawsuit with the third party caused by the infringement of the contestant.
• The Sponsor and Administrator reserves the rights to use posted images to the contest for the result announcement, educational purpose, and publicity of Art Clay products. The artist's account name will be duly credited for any images or information used.
• Along with the winners result announcement in the official Instagram, the Administrator will contact to the winner via Instagram messenger to notify the news and confirm shipping address for the prize. If no response 10 days after the message, another winner will be chosen.
• If any winners picked in marketing area of Art Clay distributors, the Administrator will send the prize through the distributors.
• If there is no Art Clay Official distributor in the winner's location, the Administrator will send prize directly to the winner at Administrator's cost for shipping, but please bear the cost for import tax and duty.
• The contest is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with Instagram
